HUUZL helps groups discover places, events and activities, make shared choices and plan itineraries. This policy explains how information is handled when you use HUUZL.

Depending on how you use HUUZL, we may process account details such as your name and email address, profile and group information, group invitations and choices, search details, preferences, itinerary information, device and technical information, and information you submit to Ask HUUZL.

We use information to provide and secure HUUZL, create and manage accounts and groups, return relevant places and events, calculate group matches, create itineraries, provide support, improve reliability and functionality, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Location data
HUUZL can use a town, city, postcode, venue, hotel or device location that you choose to provide to find relevant results within a selected area. Device location is used only when you grant the relevant permission. You can decline location permission and enter a location manually where that option is available.
4. Ask HUUZL and AI features
When you use Ask HUUZL, your query and relevant planning context may be processed by AI and supporting service providers so that HUUZL can generate recommendations and planning assistance. Avoid entering confidential or highly sensitive personal information. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be checked where accuracy matters.
5. Third-party services
HUUZL uses third-party infrastructure and data providers to operate the service and may display information or links from external venue, event, mapping, booking or activity providers. When you follow an external link or use a third-party service, that provider's own privacy terms apply.
6. Cookies, local storage and analytics
The web version of HUUZL may use browser storage and similar technologies that are necessary for sign-in, session continuity, preferences and app functionality. If optional analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced, HUUZL will provide any consent controls required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your account credentials and devices.
8. Retention and deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including security, support and legal obligations. You can request account deletion from the Profile area of HUUZL or contact support.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and rights relating to data portability. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
10. Age
HUUZL is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.
