These terms govern your use of HUUZL. By creating an account or using HUUZL, you agree to these terms.

1. About HUUZL

HUUZL is a group decision and planning service that helps existing groups discover places, events and activities, vote or swipe independently, identify shared matches and build itineraries. HUUZL is not a dating or meet-new-people service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to use HUUZL. You are responsible for information submitted through your account, keeping your access secure and activity carried out using your account. Information you provide should be accurate and lawful.

3. Groups and invitations

Group creators and participants are responsible for who they invite and for information they choose to share within a group. Do not use HUUZL to harass, impersonate or unlawfully track another person.

4. Location and search results

Search results depend on the location, radius, dates, preferences and data available from HUUZL and third-party providers. Listings, distances, opening information and availability can change and should be checked with the relevant provider before relying on them.

5. Ask HUUZL

Ask HUUZL uses AI to assist with recommendations and planning. AI-generated information may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. It is assistance rather than a guarantee, and important details such as price, availability, accessibility, travel, opening times and booking conditions should be verified independently.

6. Third-party content and bookings

HUUZL may show information and links supplied by external providers. Unless HUUZL expressly states otherwise, bookings, purchases and contracts made after following an external link are between you and that provider. Their prices, availability, cancellation terms and policies apply.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse HUUZL, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or exploit the service unlawfully, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person's rights, or use HUUZL for fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features as HUUZL develops. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

9. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, HUUZL is not responsible for third-party services, external listings or decisions made solely in reliance on unverified recommendations. These terms do not affect mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

10. Intellectual property

HUUZL's branding, software, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, images, listings and other content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

11. Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law. You can request deletion of your account through HUUZL's Profile area.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as HUUZL changes. The latest version and effective date will be published here. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
